QUALITY OF WORK EXECUTION

Because of the bidding system, we had no idea what to expect in terms of prices when we placed our test order on Paperial. To make sure we didn’t exceed our budget, we placed a fairly simple order for a 3-page high school essay on Literature and picked a 10-day deadline. We also opted for the Premium writer feature to see whether the quality of the paper would really be as high as Paperial promises on its website. We placed the order and waited.

After several hours, we only received 3 bids on our paper, and even the cheapest one made the price per page approximately $17. We accepted this bid and counted down the days until the delivery. The paper was delivered on time, but the quality of the finished order was really disappointing to us. The formatting was nothing like we requested, there were many odd vocabulary choices, and the overall level of grammar left a lot to be desired.

There are several times on the Paperial website where they mention their revision and money back policies. The FAQ section, for example, urges you to check the revision policy. After looking high and low for those policies, we did not find any information on what those policies include. However, the site does mention that you can only request a revision for a few days after receiving the deadline and the customer support can deny your request if they don’t see any grounds for a revision. The same goes for the money back guarantee.

REPUTATION

If you want to know what the public thinks of a writing service, you can start by checking the Testimonials section on their website, as we did. The Paperial eviews there speak positively of the service and even include links to the random websites where the testimonials were originally posted. However, with a few exceptions, the reviews don’t look particularly legit, and neither do the strange websites where those testimonials came from.

When we searched the web for more Paperial reviews, we discovered a completely different image. There were some reviewers wondering “Is Paperial free?”, but most other reviews pointed out at least several problems with the service. We studied hundreds of reviews and found that the most common things the reviewers complain about are the quality of writing done by Paperial, occasional late delivery of the papers, and problems with getting the service to perform the promised free revision or refund the money paid for the order.
